This is a great cleansing gel and I love using it on days that I wear either sunscreen or light makeup (i.e. skin tint, concealer, some highlighter and blush). All of my makeup came off and it was a lot more efficient than using cotton pads with micellar water. I think if you use more makeup then it’s probably better to double cleanse with another product as well but for my purposes, I prefer to just use this one product.
I have combination sensitive acne prone skin and I don’t think my acne has gone away since starting to use this product but it also hasn’t worsened. I was hoping this product would help with my acne to be honest but I also haven’t used it for longer than 1-2 weeks at this point so I think I will need to take more time with it. I don’t really anticipate it will make my acne go away but the cleansing gel does feel less better when I’m rubbing it on my face. Often times using cotton pads or makeup wipes to take off makeup will hurt my pimples a lot more because of the friction.
My skin feels very fresh and clean after using this cleansing gel. I think it’s a bit hydrating but it’s definitely still necessary to at least wear moisturiser afterwards or it’ll feel a bit dry. I don’t think it’s very hydrating but it’s decent and definitely not worse than other face washes I’ve used.
The texture is nice and it produces a lovely foam. Overall, I do recommend it.

I use this as a second cleanse after the Gary bath oil cleanser. It’s really hydrating for a cleanser and feels lovely on the skin. It doesn’t strip my skin too much, but does remove all of my makeup.
